DANIEL IRVENE, MBA, CTP, has nearly three decades of experience working with companies and individuals to solve tax, accounting, internal operating and corporate governance problems. He prepares and reviews individual, partnership and corporate income tax returns. He also provides specialized offer in compromise (OIC) service, sales taxes, payroll, accounting and CFO services to privately held businesses and their owners and executives. Working with individuals and closely held businesses and corporations, Dan focuses attention to due diligence in respect of planning opportunities to minimize personal and corporate tax liabilities and ensuring that individuals receives the maximum refunds they are entitled to.

As a certified tax professional he has earned a reputation for quality work, unparalleled customer service and excellent communication with clients. He is known for answering his phone whenever his clients need an honest, upfront and valuable advice.

STELLA UNIGWE, BS, the office administrator has over ten years of accounting office management. She has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of tax office operation including the actual taxes and financial reports preparation. Her customer’s service skill is commended by all clients as very outstanding.

CELINE IRVENE, MS ECE is our technology consultant. She is a computer network specialist who ensures the system is secured against cyber threats. UBS takes the issue of client identity theft and data loss very seriously hence this added measure of mitigation.
